Absolutely horrendous service. There is no connect between the claims team and the phone representatives. I have been waiting for a call back from the claims team for a week with no avail. The phone representatives do not speak to you respectfully, its a shame to receive such service especially in Dubai. I opted for comprehensive insurance and unfortunately met with an accident (the other party involved was liable). Upon requesting to email the liable party’s insurance for a rent a car, absolutely NO update has been received for a week. I highly recommend getting your motor insurance from either Oman Insurance or AXA as I have in the past with no issues faced. I’m not at all surprised at the number of poor google reviews they have. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Noor Takaful at all costs!

Worst insurance company. They dont reimburse promised amount for claim. Instead make you call multiple times and run behind it. Worst customer care service as they disconnect the call on the client face when they dont have answers for the delay.Been their customer for many years now. First time I had a reimbursement claim for which I never received my money back.Would suggest nobody to take this insurance.

Dear Noor Takaful,I purchase Medical Insurance for my wife of Noor takaful under Sehteq Network RN3 list through a Brooker on 03-01- 2021 with the amount of 2000 AED.While purchasing medical insurance almost all major clinic were in the list specially Aster Medical Clinic, NMC and all. After that one by one every hospital and clinic removed. Now I am in RAS AL Khaimah and my wife is six months pregnant I have only one clinic in RAK but when I checked the hospital for delivery they told they dont have any hospital in RAK. Now tell me where I bring my wife for delivery???. I paid for Medical Insurance including Aster, NMC and other clinic.What kind of services is Noor takaful Medical insurance is providing you have given what and later you can change to anything????. This is really not acceptable. Therefore, I request you either provide me the same medical centre what was there when i bought Noor Takaful Insurance Or return my money.Thanks

We are getting compliant from employees that many treatments getting denied which is covering under this insurance and even after approval of doctor. What is the use of paying huge premium then?Latest, one of our employee having sever back ache due to musical strain and doctor approved for physiotherapy. But they denied it. Again initiated by doctor and denied by them. Repeated many times. When he called them, they told to contact nextcare. Still lagging.

I had an accident with my BMW 3 series and I had an full comprehensive insurance with Noor Takaful. Thank you for this company for doing their job so professional as they promised to finish the painting and fixing jobs in one week and they completed within one week and they gave me replacement car to use and it’s so good to feel the customer care from their side. Worst Medical Insurance. None of the listed pharmacies accept this insurance and same with most of the clinics listed in the network. I will not recommend this to anyone. Not even 1 visit to a clinic has gone without a hassle of waiting endlessly for approvals and speaking to customer care all the time.. think twice before getting this.

Noor takful full comprehensive insurance I bought it for my car it is one of the worst experience for me helpless situation neither they respond nor they give any clarity nor they provided any information regarding the car replacement. One of the worst insurance , at the time of buying insurance 100 times a day they are calling & after that they are responding even.I bought Noor takaful sehtaq network RN2 insurance for my wife through Broker Ms.Nila from Continantal Group . but this network suspended by all hospitals. My wife is 6 month pregnant now i cannot visit anywhere i cannot renew this insurance & if i go for other company insurance they are giving me qoute of 15k to 20k because of maternity coverage. Ms.Nila from continental Group is very unprofessional she doesnt know any thing she is laying only the network list which she provided me at the time of buying this insurance non of the hospital is accepting now this insurance & now she doesnt have any satisfactory answer. Dear Noor Takaful,I purchase Medical Insurance for myself of Noor takaful Plan 2 under Nextcare  PCP list  through Afia Market Mr. Rolando Orbador Jr on June 13, 2021 with the amount of 614.25 AED.While purchasing medical insurance almost all major clinic were in the list specially Aster Medical Clinic, NMC and all.  I recently received email that I cannot go to any Medical clinic like Aster with my Medical Insurance. I will like to share my experience I had with Noor Takaful after my Car was hit by another car holding Noor Insurance. The claim department is very professional and caring especially Ms Fareen.After I handover my Car to the assigned garage I was told by Noor Insurance to hire any rent car on my own and they will reimburse.I was a bit unhappy as i didnt know from where to rent so I emailed Ms Fareen and she was very welcoming and solved my problem by not only sending a rent car but also settled the rent directly with rent car company.That was a huge relief for me and I was thoroughly impressed with this helping gesture of Ms Fareen.Based on my experience I will next year Insure my car with Noor Takaful.

No issues with the insurance policy. But claimed for my car insurance at Arya motors Abu Dhabi which is linked with Noor. They have very bad service. its 1 week now and they havent given back the car. just a small dent work to be done and repaint that area. Promised me to give the car 2 days back and still did not receive it. I cannot apply for any any further insurance policy with you as only Arya motors is the workshop in Abu Dhabi your linked with.Very bad experience

Our grandma arrived to the hospital in a very bad condition due to covid and passed away after 6 days of treatment. Unfortunately goverment hospitals were full and ambulance took her a private hospital. Reimbursment claim for emergency treatment was declined because of late notification from the hospital. The claim amount was quite high because hospital billed 6 nighs at ICU and other treatments and tests. They spent 2 months for investigation and refused to reimburse anything. We provided tons of documents and medical reports. Also we sent numerous claims to DHA with no results. We are planning to contact a lawer and spread the information about our bad experience in mass media. Please avoid dealing with this company. Also its absolutely useless to spend your time and efforts by submitting all clarifications that they ask for. They will not pay! I believe the only option to make them pay is a legal case.

Noor takaful refuses to fulfill their obligations and only good for taking money but not for reimbursing. If you are paying for credit card shield, better stop now, you will never see your claim approved or your money ever again. It doesnt protect from anything. God forbid to take life insurance from noor takaful.No acknowledgement of multiple emails sent, wont even start with call center employees... Do not waste your time, ask directly for supervisor or manager. I had to send an email to CEO and yet, my cade didnt move much.They literally force you to drop the insurance claim coming up with ridiculous excuses. But not gonna happen. My next step is complaint to central bank and social media. Maybe this way people will stop sending their money to noor takaful drainage.

The system in the company is built for the customer to give up on his money , since april my wife had an accident and after i called them to ask the available hospitals for emergency then CONFIRMED that i can take it anywhere because this is an emergency and of course the hospital didn’t accept to proceed with anything before i pay the full amount of 4500 ish more or less and i started with the reimbursement journey since then and for almost 10 days between noor takaful and MedCare hospital for the reports and finally sent all the required information and only last week in August after tons of calls and emails they finally replied that i get to have the reimbursement amount of 73 aed thats it even tho i sent the invoice copies of nearly 4500 aed along with my email !!! And the reason according to them the details of the report and scan isn’t mentioned by the doctor and i got another reimbursement form to start the whole thing all over again when they can simply get all the information directly from the hospital but like i said it’s designed to steal your money and avoid paying you back at any cost ,,, what is really sad is to see the efforts of the dubai government to provide the best of the best to residents from Services and businesses but unfortunately such fraud still exists

I have requested for dependent medical insurance on 27 oct 2020, and made the payment also. i have been informed by the customer care executive that the policy will be issued by next week (3-4 nov). On follow up on 4 nov, the executive is mentioning the policy will be issued by this week (5 nov). Again on follow up on 5 nov, the guy is saying the policy is under approval and will be issued shortly, i will give u call back. Around 4 pm i called them again being call not received from their end. the guy mentioned that the policy will be issued on sunday i.e on 8 Nov. This time i have lost the patience, something is seriously wrong. i requested the guy to speak to his supervisor which he denies at first and told he is not allowed to give the number or he is not allowed to transfer the call. later agree to discuss with senior and give a call back, which never happen.On weekend (7 nov) i have to visit to doctor as scheduled for regular checkup (proactively informed earlier to customer care executive). from clinic, i have been informed that medical insurance is not activated.On calling to noor takaful customer care executive informed that Noor takaful office is close for friday and saturday plus the executive handling your file is enjoying weekend off and not available for the day.This has boil down all the things. It seems that Noor takaful and their team dont know the importance of medical insurance. if you request for car insurance, the policy will be activated within half an hour or max half a day but when it comes to any medical insurance, it take more that 10 days? strange but Noor Takaful, is more concern of steel junk as compare to human life. I think they should stop selling medical insurance related products. Such things and delayed response is not acceptable from the big name company. Will not recommend anyone. very bad service experience.Suggestion1) Improve the approval process and reduce the activation time to same day or max by next day policy activation.2) Should have 24 hours working service line number.3) publish contact details of concern department in case of emergency so that customer can follow up for unsatisfactory responses.

The staff do not call back when they promise they will, they send incorrect information by email, they do not follow up on requests or promises and are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL when processing refunds when the insurance policy is cancelled and refund needed. I had a bad experience with Takaful sehteq e-network platform.I had clinical lab request which was rejected stating that i am having a chronic situation which need 6 months of waiting period.There is no medical evidence stating that I am having a chronic issue.So as per the customer agent they are stating the same to reject application by making.I lost money and time to make continuous call between clinic and insurance company. My company just bought the employee medical health insurance (RN3 plan) from this company and the policy started from 27-2-2020, payment also paid from this date. Very disappointing that it has been a week now & the members cards are still not ready or at least should be uploaded online to link to the members EID for the concerned members to utilize. They kept saying the policy is activated but what is the point if the members cannot make used of their policy🙄🙄. Today my brokers is still chasing after them & nothing is done. This was related to my accident claim, where the claim was requested via email on 20th February. It is to be appreciated that they replied on the same day in-spite of them telling it would take 24 to 48 hours. Well the customer satisfaction level was turned out bad, it was related to the call i made to the representative who emailed me on the option of garage. I had requested whether i could go for any other garage other than the mentioned one on the email, the response was really bad. I had to speak to the manager to get the things sorted out.I would recommend the staffs to be more polite, it is very stressful when you respond in a bad way and the whole day of the customer gets affected because of you guys.

Our Company has provided all requested forms and supporting documents on the 26th Feb 2020 via Insurance broker to Noor Takaful for corporate health insurance policy and so far no update on the insurance certificate nor the health insurance cards- even the payment was released in full to avoid any delay and - our broker is chasing Noor Takaful and we do not have any clear overview nor any valid reason which has caused the delay - In year 2020- where health insurances are done in a day or two days time , here its been 2 weeks. Not even deserve zero star,such useless and fraud insurance company in UAE. All most all clinics and hospitals blocked Noor Takaful Insurance.Some insurance advisors sitting Amer Center, they are canvasing customers for this fake insurance and giving wrong benefits information about this fake insurance.Please stay away from this fraud insurance company.

Worst insurance company.I will not recommending to anyone. The customer care agents are pathetic. We cannot consult specialist doctors, even if the GP doctor refered to specialist they will reject. When we called customer service they will tell us to go and consult with GP again. The customer care agents thincking they have better knowledge than the experinced doctors.Noor Takaful insurence worst insurance which ever I had......

Thiefs.. Never pick up their phone.. Took me 7 months to claim medical expenses which should be covered.. got rejected 3 times before i threatened to sue and they provided part of the cost!

The place is just next to the noor bank metro station and its very easy to get a cab and a bus.
